My small Odyssee

My small Odyssee is a Greek-Dutch artist exchange. Around 30 Dutch and Greek artist work on the theme of the Odyssee, all works must have a photographic base. The exhibition will be shown both in the Netherlands as well as in Greece on various locations.

The works Siopi (silence) are made for the exhibition project Small Odyssey, a Greek-Dutch cultural exchange. Photo-etchings from my own hands, holding a black or white stone, found on the beach in Greece, combined with a picture of the perfect oval shape, an egg. This picture I made in Venice, and it just fitted perfect with the image I wanted to show. It is the beginning of a serial of prints where I I want to depict my personal Odyssey. As printmaker, as person living between two countries.
